Paxo Pharmaceutical Limited, a subsidiary of the Paxo Group, started out as a wholesale business for businesses in 1996. Since then, it has become a trusted provider to pharmacies, supermarkets, and local stores all over the country. In 2015, Paxo Beauty grew out of Paxo Pharmaceuticals. It used a direct-to-customer (D2C) model to keep up with the digital shift. It worked with Cregital, a design agency, to update its brand and website to better connect with its community.
Using Instagram and Facebook for business in 2016, the company grew quickly and made around 150,000 naira in sales every month.

The easy-to-use iOS and Android apps it released in 2020 boosted the consumer experience even more. The new platform simplifies shopping, improves navigation, and offers more products. A loyalty plan was implemented. Each purchase helped the store earn 10 million naira every month.
The app’s makeover shows how committed Paxo Beauty is to technology and new ideas. Developers, UX designers, product managers, and content experts on the brand’s team created a digital environment to improve the customer journey.
