Exness, a multi-asset broker, is partnering with the United States International University (USIU) to expand its renowned Fintech Scholarships programme to Kenya.
The program’s stated goal is to provide financial aid to Kenya’s top university students majoring in STEM fields. Students in the Data Science, Analytics, and Software Engineering programmes in their third and fourth years at USIU, or those who have been offered an offer to enrol in the MSc in Information Technology programme beginning in September 2023, are eligible to apply.
The complete cost of tuition and living costs will be covered by the scholarship. Students who are interested ought to submit an application by July 28, 2023, by sending a cover letter, academic transcripts, and curriculum vitae to Exness.
By launching the Fintech Scholarships programme in Kenya, Exness showcases its dedication to promoting education in the nations where it operates its business, the company said. It has now reached its third beneficiary, Kenya, following in the footsteps of Cyprus, where two students were awarded scholarships to attend Cambridge University in 2018 (with applications now available for 2023). Also, Three South African undergraduates have earned full tuition scholarships at the University of Cape Town, the country’s top institution of higher learning.
