The largest mobile network operator in Africa, MTN South Africa, has partnered with LotusFlare, a cloud-native digital commerce and monetisation platform for communications service providers (CSPs), to support strategic initiatives in the South African market.
According to the announcement made on Wednesday, MTN wants to increase its agility to satisfy the changing needs of its customers by utilising LotusFlare’s Cloud platform and its vast experience in digital commerce and monetisation.

MTN hopes to raise the bar for innovation and improved customer service with this initiative. An important turning point in MTN’s strategy for the South African telecom market is this partnership.
