MTN Ghana collaborated with several organizations across the country to carry out its annual 21 Days of Y’ello Care. These partners included Node 8, Duapa Werkspace, Eastern Hub, Ghana Chamber of Entrepreneurs with Disability, Agrico hub, Wan-hive, Northern Innovation hub, Dansyn Iso hub, Trisolace Company Limited, and Noni Hub.

Showcasing Entrepreneurs and Supporting Local Products

On the final day of the program, MTN Ghana hosted a product showcase at its head office, featuring entrepreneurs who had participated in the Y’ello Care program. MTN employees engaged with these entrepreneurs and took the opportunity to purchase some of their products, demonstrating support for local businesses and grassroots entrepreneurship.

This year’s 21 Days of Y’ello Care program aligns with MTN’s 5-year strategic priority to support local grassroots entrepreneurs and assist them in developing and marketing their products. By investing their time and resources in community service every June for 21 days, MTN employees actively contribute to the company’s mission of supporting local communities and fostering sustainable development.

The MTN Y’ello Care Program was initiated by MTN Group in 2007 with the aim of encouraging MTN employees to dedicate their time and resources to community service for 21 days each June. Since its inception, this impactful initiative has positively influenced the lives of millions of people and communities in the regions where MTN operates.
