The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Power Africa have joined forces to introduce the “Growing Green Jobs for Women in Nigeria” initiative.

The Powering Jobs Census 2022 reveals that only eight percent of women hold positions in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields, compared to 64 percent in non-STEM roles in the Nigerian workforce.
