About Emirates airlines

Emirates is one of the two airlines that are authorised to fly the flag of the United Arab Emirates. The airline has its headquarters in Garhoud, Dubai, and is a subsidiary of The Emirates Group, which is controlled by the Investment Corporation of Dubai, which is part of the government of Dubai.

It is the official airline of Dubai, which is located in the United Arab Emirates, and it conducts more than 1,990 passenger flights each week from its hub at Dubai International Airport to over 101 destinations located in 61 different countries across six continents. Emirates Airlines began operations in 1985 with a Boeing 727 and an Airbus A300 as its initial aircraft.

Emirates is one of the most well-known airline brands in the world because of its opulent amenities, locally inspired gourmet cuisine, award-winning in-flight entertainment system called ice, and unrivalled hospitality delivered by its iconic multi-lingual Cabin Crew from over 130 different countries.

To begin, the sheer size of the aircraft enables Emirates to provide facilities that are simply inconceivable on aircraft of a lower size. Onboard showers, private suites and a lounge bar are all part of the package here. However, this benefit is not limited to first-class passengers; even those travelling in economy class can make use of the more legroom and expanded entertainment choices.
